2024 Organic Jade Spring Chinese Green Tea
With an inviting vegetal aroma and wisps of fresh spring meadows, our Organic Jade Spring Chinese Green tea is great tea for both die hard fans of Chinese green teas and people who have just started their exploration of green tea. It's gorgeous pale yellow liquor has a pronounced sweetness and a clean, crisp mouthfeel. It feels like drinking a fresh, sweet breeze.
Growing at 700 m elevation in Suizhou City, Hubei Province, the tea plants are covered in clouds and mist which amps up the natural sweetness in the tea. The plants and the garden are carefully and naturally maintained. Goats and humans tag team the weeding, while no chemical pesticides are used at all.
Made by tea master Liu Sanyun who has been making tea since 1975. Early spring 2024 harvest.
