Lao Cong Shui Xian Wuyi Oolong
Our 2022 harvest Lao Cong Shui Xian is exceptional. Made from older bushes by Zhou Yousheng and Huang Shiying, this yancha (or "rock tea") is sweet with complex notes of pine, fruit, and a touch of camphor among a soft, comfortable body. The tea steeps exceptionally smooth, which is a hallmark of high-end, well-made Chinese teas. The older bushes for the tea (average of 60 years) contribute an addictive slipperiness to the liquor.
