  • Hong Shui Oolong from Taiwan

    This is a super comfortable Hong Shui (or "Red Water") Oolong from Taiwan.  The dry leaves give off aromas of anise, caramel, and roasted nuts while the steeped liquor is woodsy with notes of baked peaches and winter pudding.  Our Hong Shui was hand-picked in Nantou County and given a long oxidation and careful multi-step baking to bring out those comfy, cozy sweet fruits and sugars.
