2010 Dayi 7572 Ripe Puerh
7572 is a classic ripe recipe from the Dayi Tea Factory, first produced in 1975. Many consider it a benchmark cake for judging the quality of other ripe puerh teas, as well as an excellent choice for those just beginning to explore puerh.
Its smooth, slightly nutty, and sweet profile offers a very mellow taste with a touch of chocolate. Notably, it's not particularly heavy on the earthy element typical of many ripe puerh teas. Overall, this is an extremely satisfying, easy-to-enjoy ripe tea that every puerh enthusiast should experience.
