An invigorating, fresh Yame-grown sencha from Yamecha Kumaen. This well-balanced tea offers a prominent sweetness complemented by moderate umami. Its easy-going nature makes it highly enjoyable, with a beautiful spring-like quality that's subtly floral, reminiscent of a fresh, crisp apple. The slightly buttery aroma is accompanied by a mild yet noticeable astringency. Fukamushi (deep) steamed.
