  • Seasonal Kuchikiri Matcha by Yamamasa Koyamaen

Kuchikiri Matcha from Yamamasa Koyamaen is their special winter seasonal release, produced in limited quantities each year. It's a medium-bodied matcha with a graceful balance - offering light toasted notes and a smooth, creamy character. This seasonal selection shines in both koicha (thick tea) and usucha (thin tea), and can hold its own in a matcha latte for those looking to savor something special and very limited.

Yamamasa Koyamaen is a traditional and historic tea company based in Uji, Japan, founded in 1861. They are well regarded for maintaining very high standards for their raw material, processing, and stone milling, and have won first prize 22 times at Japan's National Tea Competition.

A typical serving for usucha is 2 grams, while a typical serving for koicha or matcha latte is 4 grams.

    Each can is 30 grams.
